I am a graduate student at Wake Forest University pursuing an M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am passionate about developing trusting relationships that empower individuals to realize their goals.

My approach is grounded in Person-Centered Therapy, and I also integrate elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I have also been trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based trauma therapy technique. I aim to create an environment of warmth, empathy, and authenticity where all clients can feel safe to explore themselves and pursue healing.I believe that each individual is the expert of their own lived experience, and I seek to approach their unique stories with humility and respect. It is an honor to partner with individuals as they embrace their strengths and move towards healing, growth, and holistic wellbeing.

On a more personal note, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, going for walks, baking, and trying new coffee shops!
