Counseling has many benefits.  Counseling can provide you with healing, peace, clarity, and movement after a time of being stuck.  Our efforts to heal and grow benefit not only ourselves but the lives around us to grow and flourish in healthier, more truthful, and loving ways. For whatever reason you are looking into counseling, I believe the work and intentionally done in therapy can change your life for the better.  I am honored to join you on your journey, wherever that may be.

I earned my MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Palm Beach Atlantic University in 2023, and I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (#A20649). My clinical experience has included working with all ages dealing with anxiety, depression, anger, chronic illness, grief, spirituality, trauma, marriage and family relationships, premarital counseling (Prepare and Enriched certified), identity, career and life direction and transition.

In my counseling, I use person-centered theory and strength-based, emotion-focused therapy as well as drawing from Gottman, Internal Family Systems and will blend other theories and resources to help meet my client where they are with what works best for them. I have a background and passion for counseling with a christian perspective.  I believe there is deeper and more holistic healing when faith is a part of the counseling process.  This is completely up to the client whether or not they would like to have faith be a part of their sessions.

To get a little sense of me, I’ve been married for over a decade to my best friend. I have two children that I love spending my free time playing with.  I enjoy my church and community and love reading, hiking, listening to music, and watching a good movie.
